We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing exterior remodeling team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and provide solutions for roof replacement and exterior home improvement projects.

In addition to roofing, we also provide siding installation with all accessories, gutter systems, window replacement, entry door installation, and ventilation improvements such as baffles. Our goal is to help homeowners protect and improve the entire exterior of their homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in roofing sales, construction sales, siding sales, window sales, door sales, or exterior remodeling sales who want to earn strong commissions while helping homeowners improve their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss roof replacement, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior door solutions

• Perform roof and exterior inspections to identify damage or improvement opportunities

• Prepare and present estimates for exterior remodeling projects

• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, siding systems, gutters, windows, entry doors, and proper attic ventilation (including baffles)

• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project completion

• Generate referrals and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Qualifications

• Previous roofing sales, construction sales, home improvement sales, or exterior remodeling sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs when needed

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
