The goal of this work was to improve the home’s protection, appearance, energy efficiency, and long-term durability while ensuring all installations meet or exceed local building codes and manufacturer specifications. The roof replacement portion of the project involved removing the existing roofing materials down to the decking, inspecting the roof structure for damage, and completing any necessary repairs prior to installing new underlayment, flashing, and roofing materials. Proper ventilation and water-management components were incorporated to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability, which is especially important for homes in Northeast Ohio.
The siding replacement scope included removing existing siding as needed, inspecting the underlying wall structure, and installing new siding materials with appropriate weather-resistant barriers, trim, and flashing. This upgrade significantly improved curb appeal while enhancing insulation and protection from wind, moisture, and seasonal temperature changes common in North Ridgeville. The gutter replacement portion of the project included removing the old gutters and downspouts and installing a new gutter system designed to efficiently manage rainwater runoff. Proper slope, secure fastening, and downspout placement were carefully planned to protect the foundation, landscaping, and exterior surfaces of the home. All work was performed by experienced professionals using high-quality materials and proven installation methods.
